Muse It Up Publishing

After two years devoted to teaching and nothing but teaching, I am back in the book world with a vengeance.

Yes, I do think about my own book every day. I have the folder open and my revision notes to hand.

But it is much more fun --dare I say it--working for someone else. And especially when that someone else is editor and now publisher Lea Schizas.

This is a new publishing house with a philosophy to be proud of. We, and I say we because Lea makes all her editors feel part of a team, all have the chance to read and comment on every submission. Lea, and this is the amazing part, then gives notes to all authors explaining clearly reasons for rejection and suggesting either other routes to publication or ways in which the work could be improved for publication.

This may be a very new publishing house but it is certainly no pushover. The standard of work we are receiving is exceptionally high.

Thinks: don't think my book stands much of a chance here:-)
